Conference Registration Instructions:
1. The registration fees are based on the payment date, not the registration date.
2. You need to provide the article number on the registration page.
3.The conference registration fee includes attending the conference from May 11th to May 12th, receiving a set of conference materials, self-service lunch on May 11th and 12th, as well as a self-service dinner on May 11th and a banquet on May 12th.
4.Payment for conference registration can be made through Alipay, WeChat, or bank card transfer. When making any form of payment, please make sure to include a note stating "FASTA2024 + Attendee's Name + Registration Fee" to ensure confirmation.
5.Electronic invoices for the conference registration fee will be provided by Shenzhen Yihui Exhibition Technology Service Co., Ltd. The invoice item name is "Exhibition Services * Conference Registration Fee." After completing the payment of the registration fee, scan the QR code below to enter the invoicing system and apply for an invoice. Electronic invoices will be issued one week before the conference and sent to the email address provided by attendees. If you do not collect the invoice within one month, it will be considered unnecessary (i.e., the invoice will be invalidated) and will not be reissued.

6. For participants who need to issue invoices, please indicate in the "Remarks" column of the invoicing system: FASTA2024 + name , and complete invoicing information (including unit name, taxpayer identification number amount, invoice receipt email address, etc.). Invoice information can not be changed once issued, please be sure to check the information before submission;
7. Participants who have paid the registration fee and wish to cancel their participation should notify the Conference Secretariat in writing before April 10, 2024, requesting a refund (the refund amount will be deducted from the service fee of 0.6% of the actual amount paid). The Secretariat will not accept the refund request if it is not submitted before April 10; If the participants who have paid the membership fee but are unable to attend the meeting make a refund request after the meeting, the secretariat will not accept it. Please read the relevant regulations carefully before handling the remittance procedures. Please keep the money order receipt properly for easy inquiry.
Final submission requirements
This conference publishes proceedings USB. In order to do a good job in the publication of the proceedings, please assist in the following work:
1. Length
Each paper is limited to 6 pages of A4 paper, the system accepts no more than 8 pages of papers, more than 6 pages will be charged 375 yuan per page.
2. Layout
Receive both MS Word and LaTeX typesetting papers. Four MS Word and LaTeX templates (one in Chinese and one in English) are provided on the paper submission page. Please download the templates on the paper submission page. If you are using an old template, download the latest template for typesetting. Due to the tight time for publishing the proceedings, the authors are requested to arrange the papers strictly in accordance with the specifications in the template to reduce the time delay caused by repeated revisions due to unqualified typesetting. Papers that do not meet the requirements after repeated revisions will no longer be included in the conference.
3. Document format
Please submit one copy of the paper in pdf format and one copy of the source document. If there are pictures in the paper, please submit the clear graphic file together. That is, provide pdf files and Word files, or pdf files and LaTeX source files and graphics files. Special note: Please ensure that the pdf file is the same as the source file version; And verify that the submitted LaTeX source file compiles.
